LA’s boy-girl duo Nguzunguzu dazzled crowds at Sónar last weekend demonstrating their growing ability to fuse different genres of music from R&B and hip-hop to UK bass and deep house, showing how dance music’s scope has broadened over the past few years. Releasing EPs on noted record labels Innovative Leisure, Fade To Mind and Silverback Recordings, along with a debut LP soon to be released on Hippos In Tanks, Nguzunguzu have established a well-deserved name for themselves in the DJing world.
