Hear a mind-blowing two-and-a-half hour footwork set

Chicago radio station WNUR 89.3FM was recently host to a takeover by footwork heavweights Teklife. DJ Earl – recently having finished a European tour with Traxman – stopped by the station’s Streetbeat show accompanied by DJ Phil and DJ Heavee D, and the three played a B2B set live on air. Unsurprisingly, the result is bananas. It’s an absolutely massive two-and-a-half hours of breakneck rhythms and frantic mixing taking in hits (or as close to ‘hits’ as the genre can allow) like DJ Taye’s Get Down, DJ Rashad’s recent Let It Go, and the obligatory footwork versions of tracks like Can You Feel It Battle For Middle You.
