Moons Above residents mix
The Moons Above club night will be returning for its second party at the Dance Tunnel in Dalston tonight,
which carries the wonderfully to-the-point description on Facebook of “a social sound sharing affair in an intimate space with a solid system.”
Headlining the show will be 100% Silk associate Fort Romeau, and in preparation the residents have prepped an appropriately slick blend of raw and direct deep house. Shifting from a fuzzy and funky jam off Moon B’s ‘Entropic Feelings’ EP, to the dusty, slapping groove of Art Alfie’s Easy To Love! and ending on a high with Anthony Naples’ mischievous Mad Disrespect for Brooklyn imprint Mister Saturday Night – it should get your head right in gear for tonight.
Ghostly/Spectral Sound released Fort Romeau’s ‘SW9’ EP on the 11th March, and The Moons Above night takes place at the Dance Tunnel in Dalston, London on Thursday 14th March.
