Premiere: DJ Eastwood's 'U Ain't Ready' Mix

Veteran DJ Eastwood has made a great old school grime mix and one that, bucking the trend set by many others today, actually has voices on it: with Nolay, SLK and Jae Elle all featured. Eastwood made his name with a string of notable tracks and EPs in the early days of grime before later venturing into dubstep and funky house. He is re-releasing the old favourite U Ain’t Ready on No Hats No Hoods on the 6th of May and dug through his collection for a set mainly made up of singles and dubplates from himself and DJ Oddz – who formed a formidable partnership with Eastwood before retiring from music in 2005 to dedicate himself to his faith.
