Thrilling Viennese electronic label launches with XXXY, Rounds and IVVVO

Clemens Fantur, our photographer in in the increasingly thrilling Viennese electronic music scene, shot a recent label launch. Moun10 specialise in glitchy, fun, delicate and clever dance music, and their latest release part saw XXXY, Rounds and IVVVO come down to play. This is what Clemens said about the night:

“Vienna seems quite on the move over the last couple of years. The club scene is really getting strong, some interesting festivals popped up established themselves and even on the label side, movements can be noted. The latest label out the Alps is Moun10, and last Friday teamed up with his growing rooster to play Viennese club Pratersauna. London trio Rounds (who debuted on the label) played their first live gig outside UK, with Portugese producer IVVVO and XXXY DJing till the sun came out. The six-hour sound scape installation by London-based artist Nural Moser showed the labels ambition to not only explore club music, but also reach out to other dimensions of audio/visual concepts. Great night, great start for a new and promising label.”
