The Dummy Guide to Festivals 2014

With new festivals popping up left, right, middle and centre every year, scouring the identikit line-ups for originality and finally persuading that friend you've just about got on board can be a tough task. While this isn't the most exhaustive festival guide you'll come across (if you haven't got a Glastonbury ticket yet, sorry, it probably isn't going to happen), here's a collection of festivals spread across the next few months that, for a combination of reasons, get a big fat Dummy stamp of approval. We can't do much about missed flights, crappy tents, cancelled acts or the brutal Monday comedown, but we can guide you through where some of our favourite artists will be hitting up across the world this summer.
