Student-run festival Brainchild is now bigger and better

Brainchild Festival is returning for its second year. The festival, a not-for-profit venture set up by and run by students, will take place at Merton Farm in Canterbury from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th July and features a mixture of live music, DJs, poetry, theatre, film and lectures. Some of the artists set to perform this year include King Krule, My Panda Shall Fly and Kirk Spencer, whilst some of the other activities include talks curated by the Students For Happiness organisation, a screening of The Chemical Brothers’ live movie Don’t Think with a Q&A with director Adam Smith and installations from Brainchild’s resident artists.
