With exactly one week to go until The Great Escape returns to Brighton, we’ve made a handy 30-track playlist featuring only the freshest artists to get you excited ahead of the three-day exploration of new music.
Tune in to hear grime bombs from fast-rising London MCs Flohio, Ms Banks and Paigey Cakey alongside Spanish dancehall-reggaeton queen Bad Gyal, visceral Northampton rapper slowthai (pictured), Scottish electronic duos Happy Meals, Love Sick and Bossy Love, Californian hip-hop queen-in-waiting Saweetie, as well as afro-beats artists MoStack, Lotto Boyz and Steel Bangelz.
Tracks by Denzel Himself, Rina Sawayama, Alma and Girlhood complete our playlist ahead of one of the UK’s best festivals for discovering your next music obsessions before your friends.
