Orlando's dancehall playlist: June 2016

Keeping the fires of our dancehall and bashment riddim burning, we've now simplified the format to make catching up on your favourite jams even easier. After a fruitful month in dancehall – which saw Mixpak reign supreme at the Red Bull Culture Clash – you can catch up on June's essential listening in a handy playlist, cherry-picked by Escape From Nature boss, Orlando Volcano.

Cr203 Bare Vibes Riddim

This riddim is short and sweet with only two versions. But both tracks are straight movers, guaranteed to get people on their feet. Charly Black's summer anthem Holiday Time should be played at every dance from now until October. Ding Dong and Natel really deliver on Bare Vibes.

Twelve 9 Records Skelewu Riddim

This grimey and synth laden soca beat is my favorite riddim of the month. Busy Signal's sexy and uptempo cut Yuh Body could sit well being played in any UK funky. Great versions from Spice, Khago and Charly Black elevate this even riddim further.

Catch up with June's essential listenig below, including tracks from Tiana, Busy Signal, Popcaan, and more.
