Glastonbury announces 2014 lineup

Glastonbury Festival has announced its 2014 lineup.

The Arcade Fire top the Friday night bill, while everybody's favourite Leicestershire rockers Kasabian will headline the festival's Sunday night. Another headline slot has yet to be announced.

So far, 87 acts have been announced, the full list of which can be viewed below. A casual browse sees that it's made up of new names for a large part, with Skrillex, Disclosure, Lana Del Rey, Danny Brown, MNEK, Chance The Rapper and more representing the young guard. Elsewhere, festival usual suspects Metronomy, Connan Mockasin, Four Tet, and Jamie xx are listed, while a bunch of faces from dance history – Lil Louis, François K, DJ Pierre, and E.S.G. (we assume the band rather than the rapper) – are also schduled.

This year's edition takes place at Worthy Farm from Wednesday 25th to Sunday 29th June.
