Field Day adds Caribou, Patti Smith, Kindness, and more

Following an initial announcement that Ride would headline Field Day's Sunday night events, the London festival has announced a handful of new names to their 2015 edition.

Caribou will headline the festival's Saturday night, while Patti Smith will play alongside Ride on Sunday. This'll be one of Caribou's highest billings, which is hardly a surprise given how large recent album 'Our Love' sounds – as Caribou's Dan Snaith told Dummy in a recent interview, the first thing that he was thinking about when writing lead single Can't Do Without You was "playing it at a festival."

Elsewhere on the Saturday you'll be able to find Kindness, Daniel Avery b2b Andrew Weatherall, SOPHIE, Ghost Culture, Django Django, Owen Pallett, Tei Shi, and more. Sunday brings Liverpool group Outfit, Ducktails, and DIIV, among others.

All in all, a very solid set of names. Check the full lineup so far below.
