XOSAR - Fortress of Solitude

Hague-residing San Jose ex-pat XOSAR's stuff is often geared towards a dancefloor of some variety, with past releases on L.I.E.S. and Rush Hour, but new song Fortress of Solitude is far more droney, eerie, and, as its title tells us, lonely.

The video – one in a long line of many excellent XOSAR videos – was directed by Danny Wolfers, aka Legowelt, and in typical Legowelt fashion he's given a killer summary of its production and mood:  "video directed and made by Legowelt AMiga Genlock Deluxepaint etc. filmed in my backgarden corner with ancient monestary ruins", says the description on Youtube, while a tweet tells us that this is an "Xtrmely scary gloomy ritualistic Videoclip". That said, there is a moment where a pink recorder is pulled out, so maybe it's not quite as obsessed with gloom as it may seem.
