Watch: Thom Sonny Green - Palms

Best known for his time playing drums in Alt-J, Thom Green has been keeping himself busy over the past few years by forging his own solo career beyond the band. Recording a Dummy mix for us at the end of last year, he returns this summer with his debut album, 'High Anxiety'. 

Each track on the album is accompanied by a video co-created and directed by Nichola Farnan and Thom Sonny Green, and we're lucky enough to have got our hands on the exclusive steam of Palms. Doused in an underlying sense of melancholy, it's definitely one for times of reflection. The video glides alongside effortlessly, with lo-fi seagulls syncing with Green's pondering production.
