Watch: Rejjie Snow - Blkkst Skn

Fresh from a recent support slow with Madonna, Rejjie Snow has shared a new video for his powerful single Blkkst Skn.

Directed by Ian Pons Jewell – whose most recent credit includes the similarly surreal video for NAO's Bad Blood – the clip features Snow and stars the track's producer Kaytranada as well as guest vocalist Rae Morris.

In a statement to The FADER, Rejjie Snow said that the track and video were inspired by a chance encounter in London with a lady with a black face but a white body. "As I began to ponder I asked her 'hey lady, why is yo skin so black?' She simply replied, 'the blacker the berry, the sweeter the juice.' So I wrote the song that evening,” Snow said.
