Watch: Illustrious One - Search Results

Self taught producer, DJ, and singer Illustrious One is proud to unveil the visuals to his first single Search Results. You may recognise the dreadlocked, bespectacled artist from both his DJ gigs in Paris and London and from his brand Keep Up, which has a store in East London.

The video features various characters from the New York, Paris and London artistic communities. Illustrious One’s presence in the visual is kept to a minimum, but instead viewers are bombarded with several different interchangeable narratives and moods, which can be likened to “late night channel surfing” which is a visual reference to the title of the song, Search Results.

Illustrious One’s video is certainly an interesting and vibrant introduction to a new international artist, and as Search Results depicts – in the world of Illustrious One, borders and genres are meaningless. All that matters is the wave!
