FKA twigs - Video Girl

Following her Google Glass advert, and ahead of awaiting her fate as a Mercury Prize shortlister tonight, FKA Twigs shares a new video for 'LP1' track Video Girl, directed by LA filmmaker Kahlil Joseph, who has previously worked with Flying Lotus. A disturbing but compelling watch, as has come to be expected from her, it features twigs taunting a held-down inmate from afar before swooping in when he's unconscious. 

Twigs has been on a meteoric rise as of late and shortly after playing at Hackney Empire, she's already sold out a date at Roundhouse and has now announced another the following day, February 20th 2015 – you can get a ticket for that here.
