The Bug - Dirty

The Bug has put together a new video for Dirty ahead of the release of the 'Filthy' EP next week. As one commentor on the video points out, "Didn't he put Danny Brown on this beat before????" The answer is given by none other than The Bug's label, Ninja Tune: "Yes indeed – one riddim, two versions, carrying on age-old traditions!" For those that may have felt that the concrete-smashing sub bass of the original riddim was too rooted in London and an ill-fit for Brown's American accent, Dirty should rectify that, featuring grime MC (and previous collaborator) Flowdan in Brown's place.

Ninja Tune will release the 'Filthy' EP on August 12th.
