Terius Nash – Long Gone

1977, The-Dream's free own name album gets its first official video.

Terius Nash, who, as The-Dream, has recorded some of the greatest pop songs of the last five years, among them Rihanna’s Umbrella, Beyonce’s Single Ladies and his epic Yamaha, released one of my favourite albums of the Summer, 1977, for free on the 31st August.

It’s a beautiful record, full of the delicate melodies, emotional literacy and adventurous sounds of his best work, but with a more stripped palette and painful, if occasionally ludicrous lyrics. Download it at once if you haven’t already.

Anyway, this is the first video from the album, of opening track Long Gone.
