A uStream of The Rapture's album

A new way to do the already old-fashioned album stream – record the album being played on a turntable at a party and broadcast it on uStream. This video of The Rapture’s ‘In the Grace of Your Love’ is, like so much on-form DFA, a NY-smart meta comment on music as much as a great release, with the sight of someone occasionally turning the record over, enforcing the fact that an album stream is both a mindboggling feature of late capitalism, and a measly way to enjoy great art. Anyway, hey, the album actually sounds really great, and we’re pleased to hear it. It’s out on DFA on the 1st September, when you can do the turning over yourself.
