When it comes to writing albums, there are far too many musicians that seem to take things far too seriously – creating something personal, or meaningful, or introspective, records about lost loves and broken hearts. Prince Rama, thankfully, stray as far away from this way of thinking as possible. The Brooklyn psych duo’s new video for the infectious So Destroyed, taken from their great recent album ‘Top Ten Hits Of The End Of The World’, is a total blast – compiled using footage submitted by fans for a dance contest, the video is delightfully uplifting and thoroughly joyous. Having fun is serious business, too.
