Laurie Anderson speaks at New York's School of Visual Arts

Laurie Anderson was a guest speaker at the School of Visual Arts 2012 (SVA) at the Radio City Music Hall, New York City. Considered a pioneer in electronic music, as well as a dabbler in other forms of art, Laurie was a great voice for 2012’s new graduates of SVA. Here’s the video for her very interesting and friendly speech where she, dressed in full graduate attire, tells of her life starting out as an artist, and continues on about how to keep up a life in art without actually ‘working’ too hard.
