Faze Miyake - The Nest (feat. Little Simz)

Watch an abstract and intense video for the duo's new collaboration.

Last month, Faze Miyake announced the details of his self-titled debut album, which will see its release on October 2nd through Rinse. Following Ice Cold - the lead track with Inga Copeland - he has now shared the album's opener The Nest, which features rising London rapper Little Simz

The video for the single is directed by Sohrab Golsorkhi-Ainslie who developed and collaborated on the project with 3D animation studio UniversalAssemblyUnit. A wonky hybrid of leftfield electronica and light grime, the collaboration between the two is filled with woozy layers of sound that springboard Little Simz's high-octane, braggadocio verses, with Miyake providing enough abstract noise to render the experience as an intense and uncompromising one.

Watch the video for The Nest above and revisit Faze Miyake's conceptual art feature from earlier this year here.

Faze Miyake releases 'Faze Miyake' on October 2nd through Rinse (pre-order).
