Delilah – Inside My Love

Delilah is a great singer from London. Her music channels the sounds of her hometown, from the ragga bounce blasting from Bimmers to the delicate, plaintive lovers rock. I’m kind of astounded that her mixtape ’2-4am’ isn’t listed as a modern classic, and her new video – directed by Jake Nava, the chap who directed Single Ladies and Crazy In Love – is really something. Simple, wild, sensual – the track (a Minnie Ripperton cover, of course) is out with her album on the 30th July.
