Connan Mockasin - Do I Make You Feel Shy?

In the new video to Do I Make You Feel Shy?, New Zealander-in-the-UK Connan Mockasin is tempted into a karaoke bar despite his sheepishness by two beautiful ladies. Connan has talked about frequenting karaoke bars in his downtime before, so it only makes sense that he should set a video in one – this being Charlie's karaoke in his new hometown, Manchester. The video, directed by Isaac Eastgate, has a warm graininess to it, making it resemble a film about Connan's life as directed by Rainer Werner Fassbinder.

Do I Make You Feel Shy? is taken from 'Caramel', Connan Mockasin's excellent second album, released last year – it was one of our favourite records of 2013.
