Directed by David Terranova for “Falko Haus”: http://www.falkohaus.com/, this short and exquisitely-shot film about Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs was premiered on Channel 4 on Thursday.
Flitting between dancefloor melee and home-studio stillness, it’s a refreshing insight into the life of a producer/performer who cares little for the limits that the dance music scene sometimes imposes on itself.
Orlando Higginbottom, the man behind the TEED moniker, the dinosaur costume and the confetti-canons, is an eccentric presence, but it’s the soundtrack, combined with the footage from this summer’s Melt and Dour festivals, that sets this mini documentary apart as a thing of beauty.
