Apparat - Ash/Black Veil Watch part one of Apparat’s Chez Cherie Sessions.
Sascha Ring, otherwise known as Apparat , has released part one of his Chez Cherie Sessions in anticipation of his next album, The Devil’s Walk.
With minuscule movements producing mere shavings of sounds, and layer building upon tentative layer, the song will very gradually ease you inside it. Ring’s high-flying vocals and the mesmerising use of instruments will be enough to keep you enthralled, until the sudden end leaves you frustrated. Fingers crossed for part two being released soon.
Mute Records will release The Devil’s Walk on 27th September 2011.
