Yung Lean is probably your favourite Swedish rapper, even if you didn't know you had one. The Stockholm-based emcee has been busy over the last year, releasing his second studio album Warlord in February 2016, and then following it up with a suprise mixtape, Frost God, 10 months later. There is clearly no rest for the wicked, because Lean has announced a new project is on the way. Titled Stranger, it is due out on November 10th via Year0001, and he has shared a track from the new album, 'Hunting My Own Skin,' which you can check out below.
In addition to this, Lean has shared details of his upcoming European tour, including a set at London's Roundhouse on December 12.
