The xx will be in residence in Manchester for 18 days in 2013

The xx have just revealed that they will be spending 18 days in Manchester in 2013 as part of the city’s International Festival.

This means that Manchester festival-goers will be treated to an exclusive series of shows from the group, each limited to a capacity of no more than 100. Since The xx’s soft and subtle songs were created with intimacy in mind, it’s a fitting concept, and likely to be the ideal way to catch them live.
