Scotland's Sam Gellaitry delivers a deft remix of Liverpool singer/songwriter/producer XamVolo's debut single

Sam Gellaitry is a Dummy favourite and so when we were offered the premiere of his latest remix we jumped at the chance. The original is by new Liverpool based XamVolo and as the title suggest combines an old school vibe with some new school production. He already has fans in Gilles Peterson, Annie Mac, Huw Stephens and Mistajam and you can see why - it's got mainstream potential but is pretty comfortable hanging with the cool kids too. However it's when Sam Gellaitry gets his hands on it that the real magic happens, adding some of his trademark bleeps, bumps and washes making it both heavier and more melodic at the same time.
