OFWGKTA's photo Tumblr is to made into an art book

The Golf Wang Tumblr is to be reproduced in book form, cataloguing the group's rise to fame in a series of nostalgic, washed-out snapshots.

The OFWGKTA Tumblr, Golf Wang , is to be made into a book, sealing the captured moments from the past year of Odd Future in a more permanent medium (and one that will set you back around $30).

Featuring photos taken by Brick Stowell, Wolf Haley, Vyron Turner, Julian Berman, Travis Bennett, Sagan Lockhart and Lucas Vercetti, and compiled by Tyler, the Creator alongside FADER photographer Michael Schmelling, the collection will feature iconic images taken of the group, and their friends and fans, since September 2010.

Tyler said of the project, “Some might look at these pictures as just… pictures. But to us these mean something. Great times we’ll never get back.”

The first 500 people to pre-order a book will receive a signed 8.5” x 11” print of a photo of a bleeding fan in the crowd at an OFWGKTA show.
