Hudson Mohawke and Lunice to collaborate

Neon hip hop stars will showcase new project at SXSW, with a debut EP in the summer.

Glasgow label/collective LuckyMe have announced a collaboration between two of Dummy’s favourite neon hip hop stars: the mighty Hudson Mohawke and Montreal young gun Lunice. Under the name TNGHT, the two will release their debut EP this summer on Warp and LuckyMe, one track of which Rustie played at Boiler Room a while back (listen to a rip below). SXSW-ers will be able to catch their debut performance at a Warp & Friends event on the Saturday. Details here.

LuckyMe has this to say on their website: “Proud to announce the debut performance of the new collaboration project between Hudson Mohawke & Lunice at SXSW. TNGHT will release their EP this Summer on Warp X LuckyMe. It’s about time this collaboration happened.”
