Giorgio Moroder is rapping for Daft Punk

Italo disco legend Giorgio Moroder has laid down an autobiographical verse for the French dance band.

Urb reports that at the International Music Summit in Ibiza, Giorgio Moroder, the legendary producer behind I Feel Love and ‘From Here To Eternity’, confirmed he was working with Daft Punk.

Even more :O-ly, he will contributing a rap about his life. In the famous French band’s studio, he was presented with a number of vintage microphones by the engineer, so he could use the correct mic for the decade he was describing. When the German producer, no stranger to perfectionism himself, asked if any one would tell, he was simply told “They will tell”.

Seven years on from the release of ‘Human After All’, no release date for the album is set.
