Here’s a fun find: some cheeky so-and-so has uploaded a cache of rare and unreleased demos by pop demigod Kanye West that dates back to around 2001. According to the poster on the KanyeToThe forums, the songs are “from a SUPER old mixtape that Kanye was giving out in 01. No Title, no cover, just a blank CD with some tracks like this one.” The compilation has been named ‘The Prerequisite’ and contains rough-as-hell versions of early hits like Jesus Walks.
