Benji B to curate XOYO residency series: HudMo, Zomby, Skepta and more set to play
Benji B is the next DJ to step in for London club XOYO's residency series, curating lineups for 13 weeks in the summer.
Benji B's relationship with XOYO is well established: he's been hosting his Deviation parties there for two years now, inviting the very best leftfield electronic musicians to DJ and perform live. He has a knack for bringing in artists who go on to huge success further down the line, and his residency is a way of celebrating some of the acts for whom Deviation acted as an early host to their music.
Starting on Saturday April 4th and lasting until Saturday June 27th, Benji B will bring the likes of Hudson Mohawke, Four Tet, Sampha, Zomby, Kode9, and Moodymann to the venue.
The opening party features Skepta and a special guest (who Benji has supported from the beginning) set to be announced. The final party – featuring Benji B all night long downstairs, with Goldie and the Metalheadz crew hosting Room 2 upstairs – will be invite only, with more details to come in the future.
