Wiley - Ninja

With his latest single Heatwave heading for a well-deserved number one spot this weekend, the irrepressible Wiley is already onto something new. Well, not exactly new but very good nonetheless. Ninja first surfaced late last year but Wiley posted it as a download on his Twitter recently and has been ceaselessly promoting since, with a music video already in the works.

Like its predecessor, Ninja is a dancehall influenced jam geared for the summer with notes about “fruit punch kissing” and Appleton rum but Wiley is really at a peak here, with an assured step that surely establishes his position as the UK’s very own hortical don.
