Runners – Pulsar Quasar [MP3]

Runners are a great crew who play this combination of acid house and krautrock. They’re from Leeds, we’ve been to see them a few times and will be releasing some music from them at some point soon. This MP3 is Pulsar Quasar, and the internet reliably informs that pulsars are not the same as quasars (pulsars pulse, quasars are quasi-stars). Runners probably know this, but don’t care, and it’s this mix of dorked out knowledge (they can really, really play) and an ability to not care (they have an amazing humour and wit and play awesome dance music) that makes us think they’re so fun and so exciting.
