Jamie Isaac has shared a new single called Know You Like Me, taken from his forthcoming debut album 'Couch Baby'. After releasing his debut mixtape 'Loose Grip Mixtape' in March, the new song is released today after we announced the details of a performance by Jamie Isaac for a Dummy Presents event next month.

Even though its title is bold, Know You Like Me's self-assurance is manifested in an endearing tone. Moonlight balladry and minor keys defined and embellish Isaac's delicately poised croon creates a romantic cantata that places love closer to addiction than a feeling. The sentimentality and intermittent vocal effects throwback to classical jazz a la Chet Baker, but the underpinning of Dilla-fied percussion and temper is of modern times as if to quash any opinions of sounding too nostalgic.
