Premiere: Fallow - Blitz

Manchester-based label Chow Down has been running as a club night for six years and recently launched as a label with Anz’ debut EP. Next on the agenda is a split EP from resident producer Fallow and his alter ego, DJ Chalice, with the project set for release on November 20. Today, we are premiering one of the EP's tracks, 'Blitz'.

The first track on the project, Fallow constructs an unnerving calm in the beginning, with a feminine wailing forming the musical foundation, before the introduction of rampant drum patterns that jettison the track into life. Plenty of twists and turns in this one.
