Othello Woolf - To Eternia

London soul man Othello Woolf shared another new one on Friday, as we await further details for his follow-up to his free-to-download self-titled debut from 2011. After the swooning snaps of Keep On, and Odysseus’ low-slung shuffle, To Eternia similarly builds around finger snaps, slow-moving funk bass and twinkling keyboards, but feels like the dreamiest of this batch of new material. Its elements combine to build an air of lightly-brushed innocence, further brought out through the reference to Eternia – which you may recall was the home planet to He-Man et al in the much-loved ’80s Masters of the Universe franchise.
