Red Eye HiFi are planning a treat for all of us, with the 'Chips & Gravy: A Love Story' project set to drop for free on Bandcamp tomorrow.

Featuring a host of Manchester artists collaborating alongside each other, the release shows the rude health that the city’s bass music scene currently finds itself in. We caught up with Red Eye HiFi to ask about the project, and they had this to say…

“'Chips & Gravy: A Love Story' features most of the acts we’ve been working with over the last few years so it’s cool to have them all on the same project. Fox, Kathika and Skittles are vocalists we’ve toured with and had in the studio, but the tape also features people like Sangy and Chuckz, who are some of Manchester’s emerging talent, so I’m buzzing to have them on there as well. The project first came about because my computer got robbed and I lost all the project files. It seems to have worked out alright though, so it’s dedicated to the guys who have my computer. Nice one.”
