Listen: MADEIRA - Manipulator (Race Banyon / Lontalius Remix)

Following the release of her high gloss synth-pop EP ‘Bad Humors’ through Carpark Records, New Zealand musician, artist and graphic designer MADEIRA has just shared a Race Banyon / Lontalius remix of her single Manipulator.

Stylistically, it mixes the breezy, head-over-shoulder vocal delivery MADEIRA’s known for, with raindrop synth melodies and the clockwork rhythm style fellow New Zealand producer Race Banyon (bka Lontalius) deployed earlier in the year on this collaboration with DJ Dahi and Ty Dolla $ign. The end result is an affecting piece of work that nonchalantly looks backward before charging forward.
