Azealia Banks soundtracks Mugler show with Epworth-produced track

Over at New York Magazine, there’s a clip of a Mugler Paris catwalk show. Mugler is a fashion brand whose creative director, Nicola Formachetti dresses Lady Gaga and, it would appear, Azealia Banks, whose new song, Bambi, soundtracks the show. It’s the first listen of the Harlem-rapper’s much-chatted about Paul Epworth-produced work. It shows a nice synthesis between her oomph and his harsh-but-fair electro-indie past as Phones, a sound I hope will revive very soon.
