Angel Haze - New Slaves [Kanye cover]

Another brilliant release from one of rap's rising stars, New York-based MC Angel Haze has just dropped a kinda cover of Kanye West's incredible New Slaves track. The product of sheer boredom, Haze raps over Kanye's instrumentals, adopting his flow and keeping in just a few of his choicest lines (namely the infamous 'swallower' line). The rest is all her own though, as Haze reinterprets the term 'new slaves' for an expanded set of societal issues (crack cocaine, the Internet, etc.). It's amazing what a little ennui can accomplish. We only wish it was longer.
